Our Story....
Thirst was first opened in September of 2016 in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City by local Utah entrepreneurs Ethan Cisneros and Sierra McCleve. The two started Thirst after previously owning a shaved ice shack together that Ethan operated while still in high school. Sierra brought the experience, Ethan was boots on the ground, and Thirst was born. Ethan converted an old drive thru spot into Thirst's "Downtown" location that is still open and thriving today!

After a MORE than slow start for many years, Ethan and team have grown the Thirsty Nation one customer at a time. Year after year, Thirst has grown to expand throughout many cities in Utah and Ethan plans to lead the company to be a nationwide brand someday.

Ethan can be found on social media, working in the stores, and working catering events as he leads his team with a motto that "positivity is infectious".

At Thirst, we believe in having a positive and optimistic attitude at all times. Thirst team members "infect" each other and customers with positivity. The positive atmosphere and happy vibes can be seen, felt, and heard by customers each time they visit us. ​​

If you come to Thirst, one thing is for certain: a team member will be sure to tell you to "have a happy day!". At Thirst, team members always leave customers with a "have a happy day" when parting ways or after an order is given out. This is because it is our MISSION to provide a small but meaningful and "happy" sliver of someone's day.
The Thirst Experience
A common line among leadership at Thirst is "drinks and treats are our commodity, but what we sell is an "EXPERIENCE!". From the time you roll up to Thirst and see the bright colors and grandiose drive thru signs and hear "Welcome to Thirst!", to when you smell fresh (free) popcorn popping near the window, to when you receive a fresh order of pretzel bites or beignets made from scratch, to getting ice cold delicious Thirst mixer, to the smile and "have a happy day!" you receive at the window from a Thirst team member, it ALL is a curated part of the THIRST EXPERIENCE! The Thirst experience is a positive, delicious, feel-good experience through the drive thru that you won't find anywhere else :)
Our Menu
When it comes to drinks, the possibilities are delicious and endless at Thirst. However, Thirst is mainly known for award winning soft pretzel bites and beignets that we make FROM SCRATCH at the Thirst Bakery. At each Thirst store, team members are rolling out, cutting, and baking fresh pretzel bites! We also rise and fry BEIGNETS and top them with powdered sugar or cinnamon sugar. Chocolate chip cookies, sugar cookies, and scotcharoos (peanut butter rice crispy bars with a chocolate butterscotch frosting) are also all baked daily and served fresh at each store after being made from scratch at the Thirst bakery!

Every single week all Thirst stores we have a new WEEKLY FEATURE! This is a special product that changes each week and is served all at all stores.
